Noise levels from thin walls can disrupt your sleep!!! A lack of attention to maintenance around common areas needs improvement!!!

We booked an a double room with a comfortable bed. Extras like central heating, flat-screen television, and a microwave were appreciated. Favourable location in the middle of jackson was a plus. It was also adjacent to Dallas and the airport and ballpark.

my impeccably clean room had tea and coffee making equipment, a seating area, and a writing desk.

Everything was spot on.

The Queen Suite was really spacious and came with a cozy seating area. The fluffy queen beds were comfortable for a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a good variety, including delicious warm options. The indoor pool was perfect for some fun and relaxation. Location was good for easy access to attractions.

I was really surprised by the cleanliness and warmth of the staff. The bright decorations and easy access made moving around effortless for a senior, especially with their thoughtful setup for checking in and out quickly.

The pool could be larger and more inviting.

I liked that I got a text from Ivy, the virtual Concierge at the hotel, letting me know they were expecting me. The staff was friendly as I checked in, especially when Ivy was mentioned. Like having a friend at the front desk as I arrived.

It wasn't cheap, but acceptable for the amenities provided.

The bed was very comfortable.

The location was perfect, just a short drive from AT&T Stadium and great restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was a hit. I highly recommend this place for group vacations.

I stayed here recently and loved how close it was to attractions like bob eden park and escape room adventures, allowing me to easily enjoy afternoon strolls and explore the local scene. The room was comfortable with a great reading nook, made relaxing after the day's adventures a treat.

This place is quite clean, located in a lovely building close to the airport, Dallas, and a ballpark, offering a double room with a king bed and amenities such as a microwave.
